🎭 The McDougalls: Fairytale Fun
Once upon a time in Giffnock, The McDougalls are back with their sparkling new winter show, Fairytale Fun! Join Auntie Aggie, Max, and Morag the Rabbit in a musical adventure to recover the Fairy's missing magic wand. Expect singalong hits like Humpty Dumpty and Ten in the Bed while helping untangle classic tales like Little Red Riding Hood and The Three Little Pigs. Fancy dress is encouraged, so grab your wand or cape and join the fun!

Come along and coorie in for a fun-filled Scots language family day at the Mitchell Library! Celebrate the Bard’s birthday with a packed schedule of traditional stories, songs, and crafts for weans of all ages. Highlights include Bookbug sessions in Scots, storytelling with Susi Briggs, Scots songs and stories, Scottish crafts, and Thomas Clark’s hilarious The Boggin Beginnin (A Series of Scunnersome Events). Booking is required, so don't delay!

All of our places are entirely funded by South Lanarkshire Council, so parents don’t have to pay for their children to be cared for during our opening hours of 8:30am and 2:30pm. Our healthy snacks and lunches are free, too.
