Ever wondered what really goes on behind the scenes with our emergency services? This action-packed day lets kids (and curious grown-ups) get up close with police dogs, rescue boats, pipe bands and more. It’s hands-on, noisy, and full of “wow, look at that!” moments — plus food, music, and loads to explore.

🚗 Cars Experience at M&D’s

Kachow! Lightning McQueen, Mater and pals are rolling into M&D’s for the ultimate photo op. Perfect for little Cars fans, with bonus theme park rides if you fancy turning it into a full day out. Expect big smiles and even bigger “AGAIN!” energy.

🌳 Storytelling at Ardkinglas Woodland Garden

Gruffalos, fairies, and a proper woodland adventure — this one’s got cosy magic written all over it. Enjoy storytelling in Scots (a lovely touch!), then wander the Fairy Trail. Add in face painting and home baking and you’ve got a wholesome day sorted.
